All classes are recorded and available until Dec. 31st, 2026
Each class will contain three parts:
A teaching on the practicals and energetics for each week’s theme. For example: practicals of getting good sleep and honoring your circadian rhythms, the energetics of rest and rhythm, and honoring your natural energy fluctuations.
A somatic practice, so you don’t just consume the content but embody it.
Q&A: time for you to ask me specific questions and receive guidance anywhere you’re stuck. You can send in your questions if you can’t make the live calls.
Each week, you’ll receive one small action item that you can implement throughout the week to build up new habits and lay your foundation brick by brick.
