You haven’t found it within the modern medical system (that ship sailed a long time ago), but the “alternative” health space — replete with miracle detox teas and “shamans” who were qualified after one weekend workshop — also leaves something to be desired.
The truth? No system, protocol, or practitioner out there knows what’s going to work for you better than your own body does. In this workshop you’ll turn towards the most trusted expert there is — you.
Day 1: January 1st, 1pm Eastern
This is where you put down the bandaid solutions, temporary fixes, and throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. Here, you enter the world of root cause medicine, wellbeing that lasts, and confident next steps. This is where you learn what it truly means for healing to be holistic.
Day 2: January 2nd, 6:30pm Eastern
This is where you learn by doing.
Change happens, not by acquiring more knowledge, but when that knowledge becomes embodied. Here you’ll be led through a guided practice to open up a dialogue with your body and learn to translate what it’s saying.
Day 3: January 3rd, 12pm Eastern
This is where you discover the 4 foundational pillars you need to have in place for healing to happen. Building off of Day 2’s practice, you’ll find out which of these pillars you need to fortify the most.
